David received his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics and his Master of Science in Accountancy degree from the University of Missouri. David then joined the accounting firm of Arthur Young & Company, where he worked for over nine years of progressively responsible services in the audit and tax departments. David subsequently joined the accounting firm of Deloitte, Haskins & Sells as the manager in charge of the tax department.
In July 1985, David started Cornerstone CPA Group, P.A. and has provided services to closely-held business and their owners, not-for-profit entities, business executives, and to owners of properties, investment portfolios and other income producing activities. David is also the Principal of
Cornerstone Wealth Advisors, LLC.
David is a licensed CPA in Kansas and Missouri and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants. David is an accredited Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) awarded by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. David is also a Registered Investment Advisor Representative in the states of Kansas and Missouri. |

| Jennifer D. Magyar, CPA

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts degree and her Master of Science in Accountancy degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Jennifer then joined the accounting firm of KPMG, LLP where she worked for over 10 years, gaining significant experience in tax, accounting, and auditing. Jennifer also held many leadership roles at KPMG including
Performance Management Lead, Co-Chair of KPMG's Network of Women (KNOW), and as a member of the KPMG Ethics Committee.
Jennifer joined Cornerstone in 2009 and is the overall practice leader for Cornerstone CPA Group, PA. She has extensive experience advising clients about tax and accounting issues. Her clients are individuals, small business owners, not-for-profit entities, executives, engineers, doctors, lawyers, and other service professionals.
Jennifer is a licensed CPA in Kansas and Missouri and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants. Jennifer is also a member of the finance committee of Synergy Services and is a past board member of Camp Fire USA Heartland Council. |

| James Zenk, JD, CPA

Jim received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Iowa State University and his law degree from the University of Kansas, where he focused his studies on tax and business law. Jim has corporate experience as the property tax manager for MCI Corporation in Washington D.C and public accounting experience working in the accounting firms of Deloitte & Touche, and Ernst & Young in the business compliance and state and local tax divisions.
Jim joined Cornerstone in 2011 and is the practice leader for the Cornerstone Dental CPA Division. He has extensive experience advising clients on tax and accounting issues. His clients are individuals and closely-held businesses and their owners, with an emphasis in dentists.
Jim is a licensed attorney in Minnesota and Washington, DC, and a licensed CPA in Kansas and Missouri. Jim is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants. |
